Did You Ever See A Miracle Unfold Before Your Very Eyes?

I am watching a miracle unfold before my very eyes...
Her eyes are changing from hollow shells of fear and horror to eyes
filling with joy and wonder...from a tiny shell terrified of the sight of food; fearful to move or open her mouth - a tiny little bud waiting to bloom - no sound eminating from her mouth - the little bud is blooming and opening...trusting and laughing and knowing the LOVE OF JESUS...
The LOVE of JESUS is the most powerful force...
It brings me to my knees to imagine what she must have endured for over 5 years of life...
It brings me to my knees to know that the miracle of the Cross is still alive today...
 From Pleven outcast...
 to CARPENTER PRINCESS!
All I kept hearing as I thought of our precious little LINA is Sasha singing the song - "God Help the Outcasts:"  Her words and voice brought us to tears...I don't have her on video singing this song but imagine our Russian princess Sasha singing these lyrics and then LOOK AT LINA and remember that just 4 days ago she left Pleven.  Imagine these words coming from millions of other orphans that suffer and wait...

I don't know if You can hear me
Or if You're even there
I don't know if You would listen
To a gypsy's prayer

Yes, I know I'm just an outcast
I shouldn't speak to You
Still I see Your face and wonder
Were You once an outcast too?

God help the outcasts
Hungry from birth
Show them the mercy
They don't find on earth

The lost and forgotten
They look to You still
God help the outcasts
Or nobody will

I ask for wealth, I ask for fame
I ask for glory to rise on my name
I ask for all I can possess
I ask for God and the angels to bless me
I ask for nothing
I can get by
But I know so many
Less lucky than I

God help the outcasts
The poor and downtrod
I thought we all were
The children of God

I don't know if there's a reason
Why some are blessed, some not
Why the few You seem to favor
They fear us, flee us, try not to see us

God help the outcasts
The tattered, the torn
Seeking an answer
To why they were born

Winds of misfortune
Have blown them about
You made the outcasts
Don't cast them out

The poor and unlucky
The weak and the odd
I thought they all were
The children of God[ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/d/disney/god_help_the_outcasts.html ]

at pleven no more

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!

 Isaiah 52:7

Angelina "LINA" - her name in Hebrew means "Messenger"
Here is the verse again - How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!

These tiny feet of a 5 and 1/2 year old...the tiny feet of a messenger... Telling the story of orphans...their plight...the suffering...their need...a tiny child from Pleven ...no longer an orphan but a Carpenter going home!

at pleven no more...orphan no more...the God of Israel reigns and He has held her in the palm of His hand...He is greatly to be praised!

Leaving for LINA...but first a field trip...and a few photos from...

 LEAVING FOR LINA...but first a field trip...Where am I?

Ok...you will notice that most of these photos are of ME...why?
Mom and I were on a field trip today...where were we?
 Ok...a clue...I was in a hollowed out tree...any idea where I was?
I had ice cream...any idea where I was?
Ok...does the VERY LARGE COW give it away?  I would NOT GET near that cow...it doesn't look normal...my friends are brave but I AM NOT GETTING NEAR that thing...I stayed far away in mommy's arms!
Ok...cow..ice cream and a playground...can it get any better...well I could skip the cow part but ice cream, friends and a playground...they are all on the top of my list!
 Where were we you ask?
Here we are riding on a wagon pulled by a tractor....
If you look real closely you can see the tractor pulling us...this part was fun!
This is what we saw...WE were at a DAIRY FARM!  These cows look like they are annoyed with one another...and don't worry...the cow that is lying down...she was just resting...
This cow was way to up close and personal for me...I would not turn around to look at her any more closely...I would NOT have gotten out of that wagon if they had left me...
These cows are really really big!
This is Kathy...she was our tour guide...oh the things she told us...did you know...OH could I tell you somethings...
Here we saw the cows being milked...IT stank!
Ok...this is to up close and personal for me...even though she is a baby and mom is just wanting to hug the calf...I AM NOT SO SURE OF THIS....
MOM loves any animal...me I AM NOT SO SURE...
Ok...mom is touching her...the calf is chewing on mom's jeans...
Ok...that is close enough...and don't put me down mom!!!
Ok...end of the field trip!!! Now for a few photos from NIGHT two of LIBERATE LINA Cedar Crest vs. Elco...more awesome photos coming soon...after the soccer banquet when someone from the stands can give us photos of the two teams on the field and all of us in the middle...all with LIBERATE LINA Shirts!  IT WAS awesome!  The banquet is tomorrow..so more photos soon...stay tuned....
 My Daddy!!!!!
 Daddy and Avi...
 Our girls....Cedar Crest...we love them!!!
Daddy, Big sis Sasha and ME!!!!!
Here is our sweet AVI MEISTER as we call her...actually her real name is Avigayil...Hebrew for Abigail!
We were on the bench waiting for all the girls from Cedar Crest and Elco to go out onto the field to stand together for LINA!  Mommy was so blessed she was crying...I think Daddy was too!

If you look real closely to the back of the shirt...you can see it says...LIBERATE LINA...Psalm 68:8
"God sets the lonely in families"  That is you sister LINA...YOU ARE IN OUR FAMILY...MOMMY is coming for you...we are counting down the days and we are now in the single digits....MOMMY has never stopped being excited...So hurry home...I CAN NOT wait to teach you lots of things...like how to...well I will save it all until you are home safely with us...and with me!  I love you already...maybe just in photos and in my heart but you will see...love is awesome!
Soon that frown will be a smile like mine and we will never stop laughing and playing and loving!  I love you Angelina Mariyana...Carpenter...love your sister...Ellianna Ya-Ting Carpenter!!!!
